Yes. N Monk Plumbing & Heating is Gas Safe registered under number 17648. We also hold ACS, G3 for unvented hot water cylinders, Water Regulations and City & Guilds qualifications, and Sam holds an NVQ.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There is no call-out fee and no hourly rate. Every job is priced as a fixed price quote, and quotes are free.
How quickly will I get my quote?
Small jobs are usually quoted much sooner, and larger jobs are normally quoted within seven days. We can price in person or from photos you send over.
What guarantee do you give?
All labour and pipework is guaranteed against leaks and similar faults for 10 years. New boiler installations typically carry a manufacturer's warranty of 5 to 12 years depending on the boiler.
